Surfing Fiji this week
Saturday and Sunday we surfed desperations at 2-3 foot which
was a little choppy with side shore winds.
Also we had surf intro for the beginners
at Natandola beach, fun was had by the Japanese and Swiss crew.
Monday to
Wednesday we had clean offshore 3-4 waves at desperations. Some nice left and
right barrels were firing.
Thursday we surfed Mini cloud break early, which
had some fast waves for the more experienced.
Then we headed to Wilkes, which
had some fun 3 foot waves on the inside.
Friday Wilkes was pumping with
6 foot plus sets side shore with a little bit of chop. The crew got some good
bombs, which made their last day one to remember.
Strong winds are forecasted
over the weekend, but hopefully the wind will drop during the week and the swell
will clean up.
